I brought the lanyard from Amazon after reading the reviews about a month ago for my smart controller. The screws are constantly coming lose and have to tighten them before every use. Now one of the latches on hook has come out so not able to lock the hook into the screw. Not happy with the product and Amazon return window closed last week. So have no idea where to get warranty on this product.
